RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Accounting Manager, the Cost Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the overall daytoday delivery of Accounting Services supporting business operations and ensures that Accounting standards including transaction monitoring and controls are consistently implemented,particularly with respect to cost control and management relevant to ethanol manufacturing, power generation and plant engineering and re that all expenses are recorded accurately in the books and coded to the correct cost center and project account and do review and analysis of cost accounting dataAssist with cycle count physical inventories of raw materials, equipment and parts, and finished goods and provide the necessary reports including update in the accounting system and operations daily monitoring modules. Run the month end process for costs and make sure all reportingdeadlines are met. Provide commentary and analysis of costs against Budget and latest forecast. Run the monthly forecast process for costs. QUALIFICATIONS Accounting Finance graduate CPA preferred. 3 years progressive experience in Cost Accounting in a manufacturing organization. Minimum of one 1year leadership experience, either as a Supervisor or Team Leader in an Accounting Team, is required. Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Cost Accounting Standards Very strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make structured decisions. Detailoriented, an excellent communicator, and has the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products as well as understanding of computerized accounting systems accounting management tools. Must be willing to relocate work in San Mariano, Province of Isabela Region 2
